RETURNS
We want every MESAK purchase to feel right.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery where the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, in its original condition and has all original tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required.
Return postage for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Where the requested size is unavailable, an eligible refund may be arranged in accordance with our Returns Policy.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
